When will I receive the order confirmation?

We will send the order confirmation to the email address or phone number provided. You will receive all information regarding the shipment in the message.

When will you start processing my order?

We start processing orders immediately after payment is credited.

Where can I find my order number?

The order number in the format must be sent immediately after purchase to the email address or phone number along with the order confirmation. In case of problems, please check the SPAM folder.

When will I receive payment confirmation?

If you pay via PayPal, you will receive a payment confirmation immediately after a successful transaction to the email address you provided. For card payments, the order confirmation is the payment confirmation.

Can I change the color or size of an ordered product?

If your order has not yet been processed, you can change the color or size. Please notify us as soon as possible by emailing contact@maybella.fr with your order number and the changes you would like to make.

How do I file a claim for a defective product?

If your product is not in perfect condition, please email contact@maybella.fr with your order number and photos showing the defects. If your claim is accepted, we will send you a new product at our expense, without having to return the defective product.

I ordered several products and only received a few.

Ordered products may be delivered in separate packages if they come from different vendors we work with. Delivery times may vary for orders containing products from different vendors.

How do I return a product?

You have 14 days to return your package from the date you receive it. Contact us for more details.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard delivery is FREE for orders over EUR 19.00 .

For orders below this amount, the delivery charge is EUR 3.95.

Who is responsible for delivering orders?

All packages are delivered via La Poste or a local courier. For international shipments, the local operator is responsible for delivery.

Which countries are orders shipped to?

We ship orders primarily within France. However, we have prepared international shipping options to over 150 countries, especially for foreign customers.

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order at: http://parcelsapp.com/fr. We will send you the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.

Is it possible to pay on delivery?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to pay on delivery. If you have any problems paying for your order, please contact us.

What is the delivery time?

Most orders arrive within 4-12 business days from the time the order is placed

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from the moment payment is credited. After the package is shipped, we immediately send a confirmation message and a tracking number to the email or phone number provided.

Can you choose the most convenient day for parcel delivery?

Orders are shipped from abroad, so we are unable to predict the exact delivery date. On the day of delivery, the postman or courier will contact the phone number provided in the order to determine the most suitable delivery time.

Where are orders shipped from?

Packages are shipped by our partner outside the European Union because we do not have our own logistics center in France.

Are all products shipped in one package?

Sometimes, ordered products are shipped in separate packages to speed up delivery times. This saves us time processing orders, and we only ship products that are in stock with our suppliers. For this reason, the delivery time of individual products in an order may vary.
